Fitness is Manisha’s passion, she puts her clients first and makes sure they always feel happy and content with each training session. Individual clients of different ages, levels of fitness, goals or gender, she understands each one’s requirements and customises programs to motivate them to visualise and produce the results they are aspiring to achieve.
